1. Data Controller

This privacy policy applies to the website operated by Armin Management (Sedat Eren Management). Your personal data is processed by us as the data controller under Turkey's Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Personal Data We Process

Only the data you share through our forms is processed:

  • Contact form: full name, email, phone, subject and message content.
  • Talent camp / pre-interview application: full name, date of birth, position, current club, contact number, email, talent/match video link and any notes you add.
  • Technical data: limited data collected via cookies to improve the site experience (see Cookie Policy).

3. Purposes of Processing

Your data is processed for the following purposes:

  • To evaluate your applications and requests and to contact you,
  • To run talent camp pre-interview processes and identify suitable candidates,
  • To fulfil our legal obligations and improve our service quality.

4. Legal Bases

Your personal data is processed on the bases of the necessity for the conclusion or performance of a contract, our legal obligations, our legitimate interests and, where required, your explicit consent.

5. Data Transfers

Form submissions are delivered to our agency email via an email-notification infrastructure (Web3Forms). Live score content on our site is provided through a third-party provider (365scores). These services are subject to their own privacy policies. Your data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes except where legally required.

6. Retention Period

Your data is retained for as long as the processing purpose requires and in line with statutory limitation periods; once the purpose no longer applies, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your Rights

Under applicable data protection law you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing, request correction of incomplete/incorrect data, request its erasure in line with the law, and request restriction of processing.
